Following Government advice the gardens will continue to remain closed for April 2021. We will continue to follow the updates and hope to open again soon.

Sadly the decision has been made not to open the gardens this year.

We will look forward to spring next year when we will look to re open April 2021.

 

The gardens are to remain closed at this time in order for us to complete the essential maintenance that was started at the beginning of this year.

We regret that Ardchattan Gardens will remain closed until such time as it is safe to open. This website will be updated as necessary.
We are very sorry not to be welcoming visitors this April, but for the health and safety of everyone and in line with government advice, we feel it is the sensible decision.

Over the next few weeks the main gates , driveway and car park will be closed in order to facilitate works to the driveway. All should be complete for the garden to open in April. Access to the ruins can be gained via the track from the pier.

It is that time of year again when the signs come down and we give the garden a rest for winter. Looking forward to the spring bulbs in April when we re open

This Sunday is our Annual Garden Fete raising money for the local Scout and Guide groups. This year there are some amazing prizes and games. Along with Finn Falconry 12.30 The boogies 2 pm, Soup and Sandwich Lunches and Afternoon Teas. Lots of fun for all the family!

Plans are now well under way for this years garden fete to be held on Sunday 28th July at the Priory 12 – 4 pm. Soup and Sandwich lunches, Afternoon Teas, Stalls, Games, Live music and lots more. A great afternoon for all the family fundraising for the local Scout and Guide groups.

The wild garden is looking lovely today.
